About Me
Why I do what I do!
It's simple: I love to write! I've been blessed with the ability to imagine a character and the world in which they live and interact! From there I "enter this new world" in my mind and put it all down on paper (or screen!). It's such a joy to see my characters and their worlds come to life...whether on the pages of a book, an artistic storyboard, and even the screen!
I began writing in and around 2004 for my home church, and once I saw the words I'd written come to life on the stage I was hooked (I was usually the one crying in the back because it was JUST SO COOL). I've been writing ever since. I have worked with churches, colleges, corporations, small businesses, professional athletes, and individual clients from my little corner of the world in NE Ohio to virtually every time zone across the globe!
I've worked with professional athletes in the NBA, and NFL.
I've worked with entrepreneurs looking to get their success stories ready for productions or publications.
I've worked with independent film makers who are looking for that outside voice to capture the essence they are looking for.
I've worked with people just like you who have an idea for a movie or book, but don't have time to write or know where to start.

My writing roots
My first love and the foundation for my writing has always been rooted in my Christian faith. That's how I got my "official" start...writing skits to accompany the Sunday morning message and full-length dramas to accompany the music in the cantata! From there I quickly started writing for other churches and colleges in the Midwest and
Northeast US!
Currently I'm nominated for BEST SCREENPLAY (Angel Mine) at the International Christian Music and Film Festival (2024).
In January 2018 I officially became an Award-Winning Screenwriter!
A screenplay I wrote for Bread of Life Productions, called "Things That Didn't" WON for BEST SHORT FILM, and I won for BEST WRITER at the
Christian Film Awards!
Before cancer took her away from us, I once heard my mother tell her friends that I couldn't tell a joke to save my life (admittedly this is true) BUT I could tell an amazing story!
This has been my motivation ever since.
